REPACK
Used superior video from EiV GBR UHD Blu-ray, as the A24 has low pass filtering, while GBR has better fine detail. It also has already DV (MEL) with CM v4.0, while others are CM v2.9 (without transfer).

NOTES
Demuxed with latest DGDemux with DV merge function.

All audios from the GBR UHD Blu-ray, as it had Atmos with 15 objects, with slightly less rolloff (all tracks have the same DR) than A24 and GER and its compatibility track was also DD-EX. Commentary is lossless on GBR and not a lossy transcode, it's the best track for the commentary too.

Preferred the PGS from the A24, as it had better font and less brightness, also both were the same spelling. German PGS had missing lines which was hardcoded, the English "e;forced"e; is for the said overlays so everything from it was discarded. German iTunes had some parts with German overlays that needed transcribing, which were on the forced of said retail itunes and was merged to the German sub, also this has one scene/one line with a hardcoded part (spoken in Ukrainian, both USA/GBR UHDs have it), so all the subs for this part were shifted to the top.

There's no named chapters in any source, used the previous chapters from A24, synced to I-frames of GBR with end credits.
