NOTES
[*]Demuxed with latest DGDemux with DV merge function. The grade from DV/HDR10+ iTunes is the same as on the UHD Blu-ray, the grade matches 100% and it's possible to inject either the CM v4.0 (the UHD only has v2.9) or the HDR10+ from the iTunes 4K WEB-DL.

[*]The UHD didn't have any L5 metadata, so I manually added it. I added an L5 area of 0 for most of the movie, but switched to variable L5 for the AR change at the end. The VHS scene at the start is 1.78:1; although it has black bars, these are part of the movie unlike the end scene.

[*]The levels 3,8,9,11 were transfered to the UHD RPU (including the scene refresh flag to 0 frame) with dovi_tool, and the HDR10+ was injected with latest hdr10plus_tool.
