Astrodomina - JOI Audition

An individual attends an audition for a significant role in a movie production, where they meet with Sydney, the executive producer and casting director. During the audition, Sydney reviews the individual's resume and asks them to read lines from a script. Although impressed with the reading, she notes the individual’s limited experience and questions why they should be hired despite the competition.

To assess the individual's skills further, Sydney proposes an impromptu scene where she plays a boss and the individual plays a desperate candidate for an assistant position. She describes the high salary and the demanding nature of the job, indicating that the candidate must follow her orders without question, even suggesting extreme actions.

The individual, wishing to maintain character and impress Sydney, complies with her requests, which escalate in intensity and humiliation. As the scene progresses, the individual grapples with the blurring lines between acting and reality, questioning the nature of the situation while remaining focused on the need to leave a positive impression.
