It is the Fetish Shopping Network's April Fool's Day Sale and Candle Boxxx is demonstrating sneezing and itching powders. She accidentally spills some of the sneezing powder but does not think much of it at the time. She then goes on to describe the possible uses of both products. In the middle of her spiel, a huge sneeze causes her to spill itching powder all over and inside her clothes. It does not take long for the effects to become apparent. Frantic itching over her clothing does not ease the desire to scratch.

A prankster thinks it would be funny to spread itching powder around Candle's office, and record the results with the cameras he's hidden there. He knows she hates the air-conditioned building, so he also turns down the thermostat just before she arrives, figuring that watching her freeze as she scratches will double his fun.
