After the hour concludes, participants must lock themselves back up until the following day at the same time, repeating this process for four consecutive days. The only permitted release is on the final day of the challenge.

Participants are reminded that failure to adhere to the rules will result in a punishment, emphasizing the importance of discipline throughout the challenge. Meanwhile, the organizer will not be restricted and may experience personal enjoyment independently.
