As the car drives, he takes advantage of her helpless state, groping her while unbuttoning her blouse and pulling up her skirt. Upon arrival at a garage, COWGIRL is prepared for a new life as a subservient figure. The man displays her in stockings and heels, with her ankles cuffed and wrists held overhead. He uses a ball gag and suspends her by her wrists, leading her to plead for release. After a brief lowering, she precariously balances on a weighted ball. The man then douses her with cold water, leaving her drenched and miserable. She is cuffed into a metal chair with her legs spread, where a scrub brush is used to clean her, causing discomfort. With a rubber hood over her head, she is made to wait for her captor's next move. Subsequently, she is positioned on her back with her arms tied to her bent legs while the man stands on her bound chest, leaving her alone in fear. Later, she undergoes training in toe shoes, attempting to maintain balance while spinning. In a distressing scene, COWGIRL is bound to a wooden X, exposed and vulnerable while her captor prepares another device. Left hanging, she seizes a moment of privacy. Ultimately, she is placed in a metal gibbet, enduring pain from the restraints while being beaten. The narrative concludes with a moment of temporary relief as her captor stimulates her through the metal enclosure.
