Video is the proper HDR10+ v1 Profile B, full 10-point curve as opposed to the 3-point of the existing release with v0.

DTS-HD MA audio from the Blu-ray was padded 24-bit, so removed the bloat bits, making it 16-bit, and encoded to TrueHD with a DD compatibility track @ 448kbps using the latest Dolby Encoding Engine, which saved 1.5GiB (50% of the original size).
Dolby Surround included as an alternative mix + director's commentary and isolated score tracks, all from the collector's edition NTSC DVD.

For regular English my preference is DVD Blu-ray Netflix. For SDH it is Netflix Blu-ray.
Both DVD and Blu-ray subtitles were OCR'd by johnnydeep (thanks!) and added in my order of preference. Also kept the original PGS for preservation purposes. Left out the VobSubs as they simply have no place on 4K video.

Checked all the foreign subtitles from NTSC/PAL DVDs against Netflix, and only the PAL Portuguese translation was different from the one on Netflix.
Rest were identical, no reason to OCR those.
The aforementioned Portuguese OCR'd by mickbicho (thanks!)

The PAL DVD also had Italian and Castilian Spanish subtitles for the director's commentary. Also OCR'd (gottoesplosivo - Italian, Elheym & bluecarpet - Spanish - thanks!) and added.
