The fourth episode of a game show features a segment called 'Wheel of Pain.' In this game, a player spins to determine a body part and position, followed by another spin to select an instrument from a choice of 12 types. The first round entails receiving 10 strokes, with the number of strokes increasing by 5 in each subsequent round. Players earn more money the longer they continue, but they can choose to quit after any completed round. If they fail to complete a round, they face a penalty. A specific challenge, referred to as the 'double joker,' can double the number of strokes administered. Additionally, the player undergoes a piercing procedure before the game begins.
