The narrative begins with Doctor Renato on a late-night shift, typically quiet but soon disrupted by a critical situation involving a patient named Emiri Momota. She is found nude and covered in slime, appearing lifeless yet under alien mind control, which is unknown to the doctor. Ignoring the warning signs, he attempts CPR and chest compressions without success. As Doctor Renato calls for assistance, Emiri unexpectedly awakens and approaches him with an unsettling demeanor. Instead of expressing gratitude, she aggressively takes control of the situation, disregarding his attempts to help her.
