The scenario begins with a character, referred to as JR, leaving instructions for another character, Ash, to retrieve something important from the store. Ash forgets this task, leading to a consequence. JR confines Ash to a wire frame ottoman, dressed only in a diaper. Subsequently, an enema delivery system is introduced, and the diaper is unfastened to insert the enema nozzle.

JR then fills Ash's colon with approximately three quarts of water, causing discomfort. After refastening the diaper, JR leaves Ash in this state. Eventually, Ash is unable to retain the fluid and releases it, resulting in an overflow that the diaper cannot contain. The situation culminates with Ash lying in a messy diaper, which begins to leak onto the floor. The duration of this condition is left uncertain.
