The narrative follows Chad and his fiancé, Miss Sarah, who are invited to the exclusive Morningstar Club, only to find themselves ensnared in a surreal and decadent atmosphere. The story raises questions about Chad's connection to Rex Mundi and the role of a mysterious figure known as Patient Zero, while exploring themes of entrapment and the influence of a character referred to as The Dutchess of Thorns. The PMV contains adult themes, including pegging and implied non-consensual scenarios that quickly transition to consent. It aims for a playful, cinematic tone reminiscent of classic low-budget horror films, pushing the limits of mainstream adult content while maintaining a level of safety for viewers. Technically, the video is produced from 1080p sources, with some content upscaled from lower resolutions.
