Worded as such, Trailer Trash Nurses resonates like a porno-stereotype to the tenth power. Some will surely love this, as it insinuates sleazy, cheesy and downright easy smut. That particular “ring” may also serve to discourage other viewers – for the same reasons. But hold on a moment… this flick is much more than a title. Quite honestly, I am very pleased, and to a degree, surprised with the pleasurable end result of this Jerome Tanner project. This film embodies crossover potential, pleasing the eyes of both the single and couple crowds.
Combining the elements of varied sex, attractive talent and a simple, easily endured story, director Tanner successfully contributes a volume worthy of any adult-viewer&s DVD collection. Furthermore, in terms of my critiques, a film that emits a convincing sense of sexual chemistry, hardcore in nature, and zero restraint, earns very high marks. In other words, the make-it-or-break-it factor depends on whether or not I feel a film&s sexual content flows smoothly with no evidence of actors “holding back” or showing inhibitions (unless it&s integral to the scene). Trailer Trash Nurses 4 makes the grade.
Mimicking the storyline of mainstream boxoffice sleeper Awakenings, Trailer Trash Nurses 4 relates the story of a discouraged physician trying desperately to cure his latent patients, and the dedicated nursing staff assisting his effort. Motionless as if frozen in time, these unique patients stare aimlessly with empty eyes. Not so fast though, the good doctor (Dale DaBone) sees hope in these lost souls. Maybe with the right prescription the hospital staff can save them from a life of uncertainty. Sex anyone?
Great fun-poking dialogue by Dillion Day in the opening segment sets a wonderfully comedic tone. An unemployed, paranoid militia man, Day delivers diatribe to his trailer-life companion, the breathtaking Adriana Sage. Newly employed at the hospital, Sage seeks more from life by helping others. Hubby won&t hear of it though. So, in dominating fashion, he sponge-bathes her in an outdoor tub, situated next to his dilapidated van, and explains the “hick” point of view on life-in-general. “Gonna wash yer pussy.” He dictates, and then comedy lends itself to the steamiest scene of the film. Perched on the edge of the tub, Adriana succumbs to a nicely shot bout of cunnilingus. From there, a notable blowjob marks her dedication, although fading, to her man. Still on the bathtub, the action moves to reverse cowgirl fuck and then to a numbing anal-doggy stance. For a sense of safe sex, condom use is prevalent, and although often a heated debate over its effect on “eroticism” ensues, I assure viewers that no sacrifice was made to the “heat” level in this movie. Going hand in hand with that, no sacrifice to sexual intensity was made by the plot and dialogue either. On a whole, Trailer Trash Nurses 4 is somewhat of a rarity. It&s not often a cheesy titled, typical porno-sounding flick serves up such a delightful dish of hot bodies, good acting and hardcore sex – all in one perfectly packaged dish. As an added bonus… even the “extra” material was impressive. Now it&s not mindblowing, but the additional “sub-chapters” allow viewers to narrow scenes down to particular acts (anal, cum, oral), and, the behind-the-scenes footage displays a no-holds-barred insight into the reality taking place off camera, which is further highlighted by Dale DaBone&s “every chance I get in a film” rendition of wrestling superstar The Rock.

If you aren&t familiar with box cover girl Adriana Sage… she&s quite amazing and I think viewers will certainly enjoy her presence in this film. Already a fan? Okay, you know what I&m talking about. As for male talent, again I say this was a great cast overall, but the guys in Trailer Trash Nurses 4 were atypically above par in both looks and ability – ladies should be pleasantly impressed. Technically speaking, the transfer to DVD is good; the sound is clear and the video is crisp. Jerome Tanner&s direction is noteworthy, as is the post-production in general. I enthusiastically issue a good score for a film that may otherwise be overlooked.
