In this spoof of the sword and sorcery genre, the character Barbara Dare showcases her prowess by defeating Nina Hartley in a wrestling match and banishing her from a cave. Following this, Barbara engages with three male slaves, but her primary goal is to rescue her sister from an evil knight who intends to marry her against her will. Before she can execute her plan, Barbara is captured. When brought before the knight, she recognizes him as a former lover and challenges him to a sexual duel. The ensuing battle culminates in Barbara defeating her opponent. Despite its absurdity, the film features sensual performances and costumes, appealing to fans of the genre with its playful take on erotic themes.
