| Leider war es ueber den Zeitraum von knapp zwei Jahren nicht |
| moeglich ein neues, auf die deutsche Retail-Szene, abgestimmtes |
| Regelwerk zu etablieren. |
| |
| Es blockierten leider immer und immer wieder die gleichen Personen |
| dieses Vorhaben. |
| |
| Daher haben wir uns nun entschlossen, das Regelwerk der |
| internationalen Szene anzuwenden. Dazu ein paar Worte: |
| |
| 1: Durch Punkt 18.5.7, sowie dessen Unterpunkt 18.5.7.1 ist es |
| moeglich auch nicht-englischsprachige Releases unter diesem |
| Regelwerk zu Veroeffentlichen. |
| |
| 2: Das Regelwerk "e;High Definition x264 and Ultra High Definition |
| x265 Standards"e; behandelt leider nicht den .DL. Tag, daher wird |
| dieser in Zukunft bei unseren Releasen entfallen. Das heisst aber |
| nicht, dass wir auf den O-Ton (falls vorhanden) verzichten werden. |
| Dieser wird, wie immer, von uns beigefuegt. Dies ist auch in |
| Teilen mit dem Englischsprachigen Regelwerk vereinbar unter Punkt |
| 8.7. |
| |
| 3: Wir wollen der deutschen Szene dadurch qualitativ bessere |
| Veroeffentlichungen bieten, als es zu diesem Zeitpunkt durch das |
| 2011er Regelwerk der Fall ist – Wer unsere Veroeffentlichungen |
| Propern will, sollte zweimal nachdenken. Zum einen halten wir uns |
| weiterhin an ein offizielles Regelwerk, welches deutsche |
| Veroeffentlichungen zulaesst, des weiteren waeren Proper aufgrund |
| des 2011er Regelwerks technisch Minderwertig (wobei das einige ja |
| nicht stoert). |

| Dies soll auch ein Aufruf an all die Gruppen sein, die gerne nach |
| besseren Standards encodieren wollen, als es momentan der Stand |
| ist. |
| |
| |
| Unfortuantely it wasn't possible to agree on a own german retail |
| ruleset past the last two years. |
| |
| The approaches have been cockblocked over and over again by the |
| pretty same persons. |
| |
| Because of this we'll now apply the international/english-spoken |
| rules even to our german releases. Some points regarding this: |
| |
| 1. By rule 18.5.7 and 18.5.7.1 it's possible to release foreign by |
| this ruleset |
| |
| 2. The current "e;High Definition x264 and Ultra High Definition |
| x265 Standards"e; doesn't cover the .DL. tag. so we won't tag it |
| anymore. nevertheless we will add the original audio (if |
| available) to our releases. that approach can be partly fullified |
| by rule 8.7. |
| |
| 3. We try to serve the german scene with higher quality releases |
| than it's currently possible with the 2011 ruleset. who wants to |
| proper our releases should think twice. on the one side we still |
| apply an official ruleset which allows german releases and on the |
| other side the 2011 ruleset releases would be technically inferior |
| (what doesn't bother some ppl out there). |

| This is also a call to all (german) groups which like to encode by |
| better than the current standards. |
