NOTES
Demuxed with latest DGDemux with merge DV function. The Studio Canal UHD (identical to the UK, German, and Gaumont FRA encodes) was chosen over the Sony release because it is filtered with a low pass. While the Studio Canal suffers from baked-in DNR during the black-and-white sequences, it still better preserves high-frequency grain and fine detail.

This film marks Luc Besson&s English-language debut. The French track is a dub; while some original actors provided their own voices, the lip-sync is poor. Furthermore, the French audio quality suffers significantly compared to the original English production audio, as it lacks the natural sounds of an on-set recording.

The 5.1 mix is rumored to be sourced from the original 6-track theatrical master; though this remains unconfirmed, it features dual-mono rear surrounds. The 5.1 tracks across all the UHDs are mostly identical. The Sony is 16-bit, while the other releases are 20-bit so kept the track from the Studio Canal.

For the Dolby Stereo SR mix, the only releases containing the original theatrical stereo mix are the UK Legacy Blu-ray and the NTSC DVD. Sony's stereo mix is a downmix from the 5.1 audio. The UK track is botched, suffering from extreme normalization and limiting that destroys the dynamic range. The track from the NTSC DVD which has proper dynamic range as well as the the isolated score.

The English pgs was taken from the Sony UHD and sync to the same % as the SC UHD, as it provides both standard and SDH tracks transcribed from the original English audio. PGS from other blu-rays like the NOR and POL are for the French dub audio. Both Studio Canal and Gaumount have dubtitles in English, while the previous UK blu-ray has it for the transcription of the English audio. The French inter-titles are present on all UHDs, I have included subtitle options for these from both the Sony and Studio Canal releases as they have some timing differences. Additionally, the German and French (non-SDH) PGS tracks from these UHDs are a match to the English audio and were kept.

Named chapters synced to I-frames of the remux, and added one end credits.
