AUS video suffers from the 0.88 gamma bug but is still the best quality video. Also avoided GER video because it has German titles.
GER audio was slightly better than AUS, so I went with GER for the audio. Both were the same framerate so syncing was no problem.
Commentary track confirmed dual mono. Redundant channel stripped and encoded to DTS-HD MA 1.0 for maximum compatibility.
Extra SRT subtitles sourced and synced from Amazon and iTunes. Also used to create a non-SDH English subtitle track.
Chapter times corrected and synced to scene changes where needed.
