NOTES
Demuxed with latest DGDemux with DV merge function. The DV MEL already has CM v4.0.

Dual mono on the UHD was very similar to the one on Kino Lorber and remastered GBR/GER, but without a cloud of hiss. So kept the main audio from UHD, the pitch is also correct. Kept as dual mono, after inversion check due to the intro

Commentary was also from UHD as it had the same speed already, this is the same poorly recorded commentary that appeared on the Kino Lorber Blu-ray, the difference is non existent.

Additional PGS from other two Blu-ray were synced (FPS changed) and tonemapped to same % as the UHD. Srts likewise were synced. Named chapters from Achor Bay NTSC DVD and synced to I-frames of remux.
