Notes:
* Commentary from NLD synced to GER and framerate matched from 25 -> 24 fps.

GER was used for video, but both sources are horrendously bad. Both contain poor detail, blurring, artifacts, blocking, and a crazy amount of banding. NLD does show some increased detail in some frames, but less in others. But where NLD shows issues, they are much more visible than the issues on GER so, GER was chosen.
GER for audio as it is a good improvement. NLD audio center channel is over compressed flattening the dynamic range.
Commentary from NLD had to be re-encoded as the only sources for the commentary are the NLD Blu-ray and DVD both of which are 25 fps.
No named chapters exist for this film on BD/DVD/WEB, so numbered chapters from GER were used as they had more sensible timestamps.
