Directed by Christian Marquand and based on the satirical novel by Terry Southern and Mason Hoffenberg, Candy's Candy is a surreal, psychedelic sex farce that follows the misadventures of Candy, a naive and alluring young woman played by Ewa Aulin. As she stumbles through a series of increasingly absurd and erotic encounters, Candy becomes a symbol of innocence caught in a whirlwind of adult desire and philosophical absurdity.

With its kaleidoscopic visuals and satirical tone, the film critiques the sexual revolution and pop culture of the late 1960s. Though polarizing upon release, it has since gained cult status for its audacious style and eclectic performances.
