USA BD audio was chosen due to the clarity between BD and UHD audios being similar while the BD audio had a much better dynamic range resulting in a more immersive mix with better PQ. Despite the BD audio not having a constant 24-bit depth dipping to 16-bit for much of the film, it still sounded better due to the better dynamic range. Both mixes contained no clipping.
