After some discussion, settled on FRA as the best video source here. FRA is more consistent, USA struggles with blocking/banding too much (especially in dark scenes).

Main audio was the same on both discs (minus the frame rate difference), so I changed the video frame rate to 23.976 to avoid re-encoding Criterion commentaries.
