Description
The narrative follows Laure, a young woman whose life takes a turn at eighteen while living with her sister, Claudia. The story begins with Laure's observations of her sister's sexual relationship with Tony, which leads to her own challenges. Struggling to pay rent, Laure embarks on a journey to Paris after discovering Claudia has left with Tony. In Paris, Laure faces multiple attempts of assault and seeks refuge with Sylvia, a writer who offers her shelter. Their relationship evolves into a sexual one, although Sylvia also experiences manipulation and assault from her editor. Laure's journey continues as she becomes involved with Sylvia's boyfriend, Alexander, leading to a sexual encounter that disrupts her friendship with Sylvia. Eventually, Laure visits Jennifer, a high-class call girl, and inadvertently becomes involved in her work. Throughout the story, Laure navigates complex sexual encounters and relationships. By the end, she transforms from an innocent young woman into a call girl, marked by the experiences she has endured.
