Two students are sent to make up missed classwork but are found goofing off without completing any assignments. The Dean intervenes, believing they need motivation to focus. He first administers a spanking to one student, then proceeds to the other. The students are instructed to disrobe further and placed in timeout while the Dean retrieves a spanking implement.
