The objective is to tie a weight to the handcuffs and push it off the bed, then pull the weight back up to release the nipple clamps. However, the challenge quickly goes awry when the weight becomes caught on the bed frame, leading to complications. Eventually, the individual is forced to take drastic measures in order to free themselves.
