The clip begins where the previous part concluded. The subject is seated in a chair, and a new gag is introduced by placing a large sponge in her mouth, which is then secured with clear tape. The neck rope is removed, and her elbows are tied together. Additional ropes are applied to her upper body, constraining her arms in a "chicken wing" position, and further binding her arms and torso tightly.

She is placed on the concrete floor, where she is made to struggle for entertainment. After some time, more rope is added before she is positioned in a strict hogtie. Initially satisfied, the arrangement is adjusted further by tying her head back using a rope in her hair, achieving a final position that elicits visible happiness. Nipple clamps are added, and her reactions indicate enjoyment. After some time lying on her stomach, she is asked to try rolling onto her side, which she successfully accomplishes, impressing the observer. Once on her side, additional interactions occur, including slapping her bound torso, which prompts moans through the gag. Another rope is introduced that runs through her legs, and the nipple clamps are reapplied. The clip concludes with the subject being asked if she is ready to be untied, followed by the observer inquiring about her experience before the untie process begins. The clip ends as the untie process starts.
