I was getting errors with the backport on PS4 Pro FW v11.00 and didn't feel comfortable
releasing that. So I merged base and patch for FW v11.00 and made the backport patch optional
for those who need it. I ended up testing on my PS5 since my PS4 Pro's HDD might be taking a
shit. I should have tested the previous release on PS5 before deleting it in
frustration. Hindsight is 20/20 lol.
