In 2014, it was noted that Vinegar Syndrome acquired the rights to a film and planned to remaster it. After ten years of waiting, the author decided to independently upscale the film using an AI upscaler. They started with a DVD rip, adjusted the pixel ratio to 4:3, and processed it through Chainner with Real-ERSGANv3x4, opting for a 2x upscale rather than a full 4x. The process took approximately 28 hours at fp16, and while the result was not perfect, the author acknowledged that further improvements could be made with additional time and effort. The author expressed a desire for a better official version from the rights holders. The film features a plot centered around Mrs. Van Houton, portrayed by Dorothy Lemay, who undergoes psychosexual therapy sessions observed by two doctors. The narrative includes a variety of sexual fantasies presented in unexpected ways, such as a three-way lesbian scene, surreal imagery, and bizarre elements like a dancing slice of bread. The film is noted for its unique style, high-quality cinematography, and superior sound effects, which distinguish it from typical adult films.
