The clip begins where Part 2 concluded. A rope is secured to the subject's bound wrists and tied high on a post, causing strain on her shoulders. Another rope is attached to the back of her gag, wrapped around the post, and secured tightly around her forehead. Her head is pulled back, and drool is visible escaping from the tightly secured gag. After a brief moment, the focus shifts to the nipple nooses previously installed, which are now tied through a ring on her collar and to nails at the front of the pony. The subject is left to endure this position while a marshmallow stick is used to poke and prod at her, causing tears to flow. The video concludes with the assurance that the subject will remain restrained until morning.

Technical notes mention that by the end of the video, the closeup camera experienced a lack of sharpness and a glow effect, likely due to condensation on the lens, which was somewhat remedied by wiping it off. Additionally, the subject was not centered in the frame, which posed challenges during nighttime shooting.
