Modern Man March 1957
A scan of vintage magazines, referred to as "Skullhead," is presented for review. The content reflects a style that was considered risque at the time of publication, although it does not meet modern standards of pornography. The magazines primarily feature non-nude images, with some models appearing nude in other publications.
The scan includes numerous magazines, especially popular ones, which often contain more articles than photographs. It is noted that the scanned images are sourced from a personal collection using a budget-friendly large format scanner, aiming to balance quality and file size. In later issues, particularly from the 1980s onward, pages consisting entirely of advertisements have been omitted to save space, as they can account for a significant portion of the magazine's content.
Each magazine takes approximately one hour to scan, correct, crop, and convert, limiting the time available for additional touch-ups. Watermarks have been added to the scans to discourage unauthorized sales of the images, which have appeared on various websites. All models featured in the magazines are claimed to be at least 18 years old at the time of production.
