A person is enjoying a weekend getaway at a Renaissance Faire held in a castle. Due to budget constraints, accommodations are in the servants' quarters rather than the luxurious suites. However, the dungeons capture their interest more than the grand rooms. After settling in, they decide to explore the dungeons, discovering cages, stocks, torture devices, and heavy shackles.

Curious, they try on the shackles, but their exploration is interrupted by the dungeon curator. After explaining their intentions, it is revealed that the curator has a particular interest in medieval metalwork and decides to confine them in a yoke as part of the experience. Rather than feeling defeated, they embrace the situation, expressing a desire to experience the role of a captured princess, transitioning from luxury to captivity.
