Cecil B. has taken the responsibility for managing the rental and maintenance of several apartments. HE has hired Storm to clean them up and generally prepare them for use by new tenants. He leaves for one evening cleaning an apartment that he has just rented. When he returns, he finds that she has been slacking and not doing her job. It's now time for her to be punished for letting him down. Cecil spanks her, paddles her, uses a strap and hairbrush on her, and finally gives her a caning. Has she learned her lesson? At this point Cecil doesn't know, but he hopes she hasn't so he can do it again.
